so. a little history. at this time last year, i was saying to everyone i
knew, "we're going to SF, CA, and we're starting our own company." i
talked a few of my friends into this. i then went and got a pretty cool
graphics type job here in pittsburgh. so i didn't go. amazingly enough,
they did - they just disappeared across the continent in a huge rental
truck a few days ago.

now, i am being told that austin is the place you outta be, so i'm
thinking of packing up my bags and moving dahn there once this project is
over (sometime late next year).

it's basically the same thing as before, only with a new venue.

does anyone have any hard info about austin? i'd really like to know if a)
it's that amazing a techno city b) what the night life is like c) what the
culture is like.

in terms of what i wanna do for a living: the co/op idea of a computer
center, the desire to write games and get rich, the WWW plans my friends
and i have, the conference plans we have, and the desire to revolutionize
(or at least enhance) education.

there really is entirely too much to be done!

...and one of these days i will have the time & energy & resources & balls
to do them!
