Exercising Your Rights. To exercise the rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us by emailing privacy@monad.com. Only you, or a person you have authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. We will respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt.

Residents of certain other U.S. states (including Colorado, Connecticut, Montana, Oregon, Texas, Utah, and Virginia, among others) may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws, including the right to access, correct, and delete personal information, the right to opt out of targeted advertising, and the right to appeal our decisions regarding your privacy requests. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these Third-Party Services. Our Services are hosted in the United States (“U.S.”) and intended for visitors located within the U.S. If you choose to use our Services from the European Economic Area (“EEA”), the United Kingdom (“UK”), or other regions of the world with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, then please note that you are transferring your personal information outside of those regions to the U.S. for storage and processing. We may transfer your personal information from the EEA or the UK to the U.S. and other third countries based on European Commission-approved Standard Contractual Clauses, or otherwise in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Where Monad processes personal information on behalf of a Customer, such processing is governed by Monad’s agreement with that Customer, including Monad’s Data Processing Addendum where applicable.

We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children under 13 years of age (“Minors”), and no parts of our Services are directed to Minors. If you learn that a Minor has provided us with personal information in violation of this Privacy Policy, please alert us at privacy@monad.com.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. To determine the appropriate retention period for personal information, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal information, the purposes for which we process your personal information and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.
